Treasure Hunt x JB B.O.R.N.

Street Level Culture on Friday, August 17, 2012

Today is a beautiful day in Harlem, USA. The second half of Street Level Culture, Mr. Ed Garrido, finally joins us for our second the post (fashionably late if I may say so myself). The heavy traffic on 125th Street and the everyday hustle of the street vendors make our experience even better. Our destination today is JB b.o.r.n, which store owner Jonathan Bodrick would later tell us stands for “Borrowed, Old, Refurbished, and New.” The coolest thing about b.o.r.n is that you can sell, buy, or borrow vintage pieces at anytime, so when we heard about it we were more than excited to check it out. By the time we made it in, we were high on the culture and diversity of our surroundings.  Jonathan proceeded to take us on a vintage journey of epic proportions, one that we will surely never forget.
